Versin - Red Vermouth - Non Alcoholic Spirit

Versin Red is an alcohol free red vermouth alternative produced in Spain and designed for mixing or serving as an aperitif. It is made to echo the sweet, bittersweet style of classic red vermouth, with a fuller profile built around grape must and botanicals. Expect dark fruit character, gentle spice and a firm bitter edge that gives it real structure in the glass. It works especially well in longer serves and alcohol free cocktail builds where you still want that familiar vermouth style depth.
