1. Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
2. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, high demand periods, or other factors outside our control.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Free shipping may be available on orders over a specified threshold — check our website for current promotions.
5. Fulfilment Dry Society operates a dropshipping model, meaning orders are fulfilled directly by our UK-based suppliers. In some cases, items from the same order may be dispatched separately and arrive at different times.
6. Tracking Where available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
7. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notification with instructions for redelivery or collection. Dry Society is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address being provided at checkout.
8. Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
