1. Overview We want you to be completely satisfied with your Dry Society purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers) Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

3. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original, unopened condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned within 14 days of the cancellation notice

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or partially consumed food and beverage products, unless they are faulty or not as described.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the damaged or faulty item(s)

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us via the Contact page on our website with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, Dry Society will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you are returning an item under your right to cancel, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

7. Refunds Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

8. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or consumed food and beverage products (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

9. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
