At Dry Society, we want you to love every sip. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.
Our Returns Policy
We accept return requests within 14 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Gift cards
How to Request a Return
- Email us at info@drysociety.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we'll process your refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@drysociety.uk with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
